Two full-electric rubber tyred gantry cranes for container yard operations — designed, fabricated, assembled and accepted by YHTZ, on schedule from June 2025 to June 2026.
Project RTG1001 is YHTZ's flagship RTG program covering the complete lifecycle of two LJMJ4126 rubber tyred gantry cranes: structural fabrication, non-destructive testing, machining, painting, sub-assembly, wharf-side final assembly, factory acceptance and delivery support.
Weekly progress reporting and full-process quality control were applied throughout — every critical weld tracked, every key parameter rechecked — demonstrating exactly how YHTZ serves international customers: transparent schedules, verifiable quality, on-time delivery.

Milestones documented in the RTG1001 weekly project reports (RTG-ZB series).
RTG1001 program officially launched — engineering, procurement and production planning set in motion.
Left and right side beams assembled and welded (drawing D0371180) with dimensional accuracy on target; groove and weld-path inspections completed before box-structure welding — no rust residue, all dimensions within tolerance.
PT (penetrant) inspection of main-beam rail welds passed with zero unqualified defects; trolley-frame weld stress relief performed with JG-T6Y intelligent automatic vibration aging equipment; main beams 3 & 4 assembled to design precision; fourth main-beam cover plate checked for tightness and sealing.
Wheel, axle and bogie-beam sub-assembly and hoist assembly in orderly progress; ladder, platform, railing and outrigger painting fully completed with coating quality verified; cables delivered and accepted on site; assembly site entry preparations 100% complete.
All mechanical structures installed at the wharf-side assembly site — trolley traveling system, outriggers, ladders, platforms, railings, trolley and main girders precisely aligned; project fully entered the electrical wiring phase with zero delays or quality deviations.
Both units passed factory inspection — safety performance qualified and approved for delivery; official Product Certificates issued.
Complete delivery documentation package finalized; on-site commissioning and electrical-installation technical guidance organized for the customer's site operations.
PT inspection of main-beam rail welds and trolley-frame welds found no cracks or porosity; key welds on the main structure receive 100% UT examination.
Intelligent automatic vibration aging (JG-T6Y) applied to the trolley frame, ensuring long-term structural stability under high-frequency duty.
Assembly gaps, fastening torques, alignment accuracy and sealing verified item by item — no deformation, no loose parts, no process violations.
Bilingual weekly progress reports (RTG Project Weekly Report) with photo evidence kept the customer fully informed from fabrication to acceptance.
