Located in Lüshunkou District, Dalian, our plant is organized into six professional workshops — blanking, structural welding, machining, assembly, painting, and final assembly & testing — with independent material yards, finished-product warehouses and a large outdoor pre-assembly & test field.
40 kW fiber laser sheet cutter, 12 kW profile cutting machine and 500 t hydraulic press handle everything from plate blanking to heavy forming.
FANUC special welding robots plus QXY automatic large-scale derusting equipment ensure consistent, high-integrity welds on large steel structures.
CNC horizontal lathes and floor-type boring & milling machines deliver the accuracy demanded by slewing, hoisting and traveling systems.
QD 32/5 t overhead cranes, an MG 50+10 t gantry crane, dedicated electrical assembly workshop and full in-plant pre-assembly & commissioning capability.
This closed-loop, full-industry-chain manufacturing — from raw plate to fully tested complete machines — gives us an annual output of 30–50 complete sets of bulk material handling equipment (bucket wheel stacker-reclaimers and car dumper systems) plus 2,000+ supporting parts, with capacity reserved for overseas batch orders.
